I am using Crystal v10 on an SQL database

I want to be able to create a report based on Clinician billable hours and to create a bar graph chart comparing the clinician's hours. I had to use variables in order to total the correct hours per clinician.

I went to the Crystal website and followed the instructions to bring Print time formulas into a subreport to to create a chart. I was able to do everything, but my problem is with my subreport. I was only able to place the subreport in the group footer of the Provider group in order to bring all of the providers into the subreport, If I place it in the report footer section or any other section, it will only show the last Provider and that Provider's hours. How can I be able show listed all provider's and their hours and then chart on them? Anyone's help is appreciated. This will prevent me from haveing to convert the data into Excel which can become time consuming.

Thanks

Connie D

Connie, I think you should use Crystal to reduce your data and then export it to Excel. You have hit on one of Crystal's weak points.
