I'm using Access 2000. I have a form set up for data input. In the bottom left-hand corner it shows the record number.

How can I show this field on an Access report, along with the other data for that particular record?

I would also like to set up a Crystal Report (version 8.5) that reads from this Access database. Can I do the same thing in Crystal?

Hi

If you mean the record number as in record x ory y as displayed by the standard Access navigation buttons, this equates to the .AbsolutePosition property of the recordset (zero based), this is a completely meaningless number which tells you the position in the recordset, the same record may have a different absolute position, depending on the sort order for example
