Print spooler svc stopping unexpectedly

Any hint/clue welcome :
We've a print server (W2K SP4) on which almost everyday the "Print Spooler" service is stopping unexpectedly.

I cannot find anything valueable from the eventviewer - just the msg saying "Print Spooler svc has stopped unexpectedly"...

Service can be restarted, until the next time.

Any idea that could help me understanding where is this coming from ?
