I have a Windows 2000 terminal server SP4 that will randomly loose all 4 printers that are installed on standard tcp/ip ports. Remote users will call in saying that all the printers are gone, but the spooler actually drops out. Is there a way to prevent the spooler from crashing on a random basis? Help appreciated.
