Print Spooler Crashes

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue w/ Crystal Reports and faxing to GFI's Net to Print Queue Fax Driver. We are using version 8.5.3.975 to print to this fax printer driver on our fax server. The driver works fine from word, notepad, excel. However, Crystal works sometimes with this particular printer. It will crash the spooler on the fax server. We had spoken to Microsoft and GFI and we are still working on this with them. I was curious if anyone has had similar issues or knows of a hotfix (crystal) to fix this.

Not sure if it's the same problem but when I first installed a GFI client on my XP workstation (which also runs Crystal 8.5) I kept getting print spooler crashes. Turned out the GFI client install created a local fax object as well as the server fax object on my PC. Once I got rid of the local object everything worked fine.

Thanks for the reply. It turns out, that there was a permissions problem with the GFI folder on the server. I guess it was the spooler folder for the Net to Print Queue. I hope they make a Knowledge Base article from my problem because it was defintely a test of our troubleshooting skills. We could not figure out if it was Crystal, Terminal Services or GFI.
