Print spool hangs PC for a while?

After installing SP6 on all my NT 4.0 Workstations, I noticed they like to hang when printing. All my printing is handled by a netware 4.11 server.

I've updated them the the latest client version, and reinstalled the driver. Only my NT 4.0 workstation are effected, 2000 machines are fine. Couldn't find any info on Microsofts web site about this, nor Novell.

Any ideas
