print something hidden

Hallo,

I was trying to make my website printing-friendly. I can avoid some of the elments to be printed by setting in the print.css a "display:none" style. But I also would like to do the opposite thing, that means to print something that is hidden (display:none) in the screen view. But it seems that if something is hidden in the screen version it will be hidden also in the print version, even if I set different display criteria for the print. Do you have any ideas?

I have done this but I used the visibility: visible; and visibility: hidden; attributes instead of display: none;
