Print size dosen't match

I developed the booklet it looks perfect on the screen. The ruler matches the size I want. When I print it is over an inch to short. The width is fine just short. The Paper is 8.5 by 11 the booklet is 8.5 by 9. Help I need to present this to a customer as a sample.

not quite sure what the problem is but - have you cecked both Page Set-up and Print Set-Up. Pretty obvious question but thought I'd ask.
