My win 2000pro machine has 2 printers being shared on my home network for several months everything worked fine. Now when any 98 machine boots up on the network the 2000pro is on line the 98 machines are asked for pass words to use the 2 printers. The sharing settings seem to look the same as before. Any ideas how to get rid of the password popups?

you should have the same account the win98 computer is accessed with on your 2k box for access. maybe somone changed the password on the 98 box?
