All:

I have several reports that make up one overall report. Is there a way to print all the reports into one concatenated report in Access?

Thanks,

Ron

There are some situations where you can add several reports to a main report as subreports. You would need to change Page Header sections to another type of header.

If I understand correctly, you mean I should create a new MASTER report then put my reports on the new MASTER report the same way I would a subreport. Further, I assume you mean that if the reports already contain headers, the headers would not print.

The solution sounds feasible but could you elaborate a bit on the other type of header you have in mind. Not sure I understand.

Can it be done programmatically with VBA?

Thanks,

Ron

Subreports don't have any understanding of "Page" sections or events. Page Headers from subreports will not display. The general solution is to create a top grouping and sorting level on a constant expression like:
=1
Display the =1 header and set its "Repeat Section" property to "Yes".

Thanks for your help. I'll play with that.
