print setup settings are not being saved???

I have recently started usinga web based system to print off standard consignment notes,,
the dilema
each time i want to print off one of these con notes i have to adjust the print setup
ie paper = a4
left margin = 2.36
righ margin = 2.36
top = 1.66
bottom = 1.66 etc....
when i complete another form and try to print off that form again the print settings have reverted back to the original settings is there any way to set these as a default???
