Print Setup Question

Hello all,

I have a small problem that I'm not sure of how to solve. Whenever I try to print from any program (Word, Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) the page setup shows that it wants to print in "US Letter Small" font size as shown in the "paper" selection box. I want this to default to "US Letter" so that it will print in the intended font size every time. Does anyone know how to adjust this?

What version of MacOS?

Mac OS 9.1 I believe.

Ironically, I've had problems in 10.x making paper sizes stick. I only used 9.x for a few months (a late switcher), but never had a problem.
