Print Setup option is disable

Hello All Friends,

We have Accpac 5.5 A, when i open Accpac through ERP, I saw Print setup option is enable under file in report, but when i use from web means through browser this option is showning disable, is there anyway for enable this option on both side, for this option i went to AP->Vendor Reports-> Vendor->Printsetup is under file, please suggest..

That's how it works. And FWIW, professionals don't use Accpac for the Web, it's a waste of time, and too slow.
