print server script

Hi !

I get this message while executed axinstall scripts (provide by axis). Basically, the script will add a print queue and working fine in Aix 4.3

The following is the system info :-
AIX 5.2
print server - axis 560
port - 2

Pls help

hi,

you haven't got the printer atribute files installed on your AIX 5.2 system ( i.e. when you add a printer via smit
you normally get a list of printer types i.e. hpl4000 , generic , oki etcc , it can't find the printers.asc definition) ,

firstly check if you have the printers.asc file in
/usr/lpd/pio/predef if not

install the printers fileset from the AIX 5 install CD
