I have local administrator rights on a print server. When I go to Print Server Properties -> Ports. The add/delete/configure ports are all disabled/grayed out. If I go to the drivers tab, the add/reinstall buttons are also all disabled. The properites button does work. Is there some type of system policy that can disable these features?

The printer is it local printer or network?
I feel from what you have said the printer is passed to you from a Domain network and that the administator has not given you permissions to alter the setup. you need to see the administrator
