we are trying to roll-out a simple solution for guests and their needs to print to a guest printer with ease.
We have them connecting to what we've dedicated as the guest LAN and there is where the printer will be also.. this is also a wireless LAN. The key will be published for the guests so they can connect.
So I'm looking for a solution where they can access and print to this color printer easily without adding a printer to thier own printers? (URL printing?)
We would also like the printer to have the wifi ability.
So would we need to look at a printer, print-server or wifi printer or print-server to get started?
Anyone have a similar setup? any ideas?
