I have recently setup a Win 98 machine to be both a faxserver and now I want it also to be fax server it has preety good ram (128Mb) and a good size hard drive(12GB). Is there any thing else I should look out for in running this on a winnt 4.0 network, The main reason for doing this is the unpredictability of NT 4.0 with newer print drivers. I am open to suggestions and/or assistance

I agree with you on the print driver situation. Setting up a Fax server on a WIN98 PC should not cause any problems on the NT network, assuming this PC is "dedicated".
If you need more power or availability, the NT server works good as a fax server.
You can even pool multiple modems to aleviate fax backups if the traffic warrants it.
