Hi,

This my first post for several years. Hope you'll bear with me as I get my head back into Access again.

I have a report which prints out a detailed list of the contents of individual (non-sequential alpha-numeric IDs) containers. Currently I have to print them one at a time and I'd like to be able to print several at once. At present I enter the ID of the container I want, but I can't make it do more than one. I need the report header to occur on each container's report. I have a report header, a page header (where the ContainerID is located) and the details are in 2 other headers.

The report is derived from a query which is picking up information from 5 tables.

tbContainers 1-m tbAccessionItem 1-m tbEvent m-1 tbSeries m-1 tbProvenance

Hope this makes sense - you can no doubt tell I'm not terribly skilled at this.

Many thanks, Rob

There are a couple FAQs in this forum that describe how to use a multi-select control to filter a query that could be the Record Source of the report. I would think you could then use a container ID group heading as your report header.
