Need some expert Help,

I have a very colorful form that the user would like
to screen print the data found in the form. However, when
they screen print the record that's found on the form, the
printer uses up alot of toner. How can I change the form's
color using the "Printer" command when the user does a screen printout? Need an expert on this one. please provide coding, thanks!

Create a report for the record. Use the OpenReport Method:

DoCmd.OpenReport "Myreport", acNormal,,[fieldname] = Forms![formname]![controlname]

[fieldname] is the field on the report (it doesn't have to print) that corresponds to a control - [controlname],which is a unique record identifier in the table (it doesn't have to be visible).
