Print Rotation on Remote Writer

We have just installed a new Model 825 iSeries. We set up network IP printers using remote writers. This worked fine on our previous AS400 but the auto rotation no longer works on our new machine. The settings are the same for each printer as they were on the previous AS400, but there are no instructions and the people that set up the previous printers are long gone.
Is there a setting somewhere that we have missed?

Are you using Workstation Customization objects to change the orientation? In the printer's outq, you would see the name of the WSCST.

No we don't.

We actually fixed the problem last night, some of the PTFs were never loaded, now we are up to date the problem has gone away. Lots of wasted days.
