Print Report Job

Im running BackupExec V10 for Windows, I have a report on media use that runs once a week. The job completes, and sends an e-mail with the job log, but it will not send the notification w/log to the printer.
I have set up the printer as a recipient, and when i hit the "Test" button, no test is sent to printer. however if i manually run the report manually , and select print, it will print.
Any Ideas?

This is a known issue with the SigPrintNote100.dll file, veritas has posted a fix here
