Print Report - Icon missing

Hi,

I have several reports which run in preview mode. The data displays on my screen OK, but I don't have any icons on the preview screen so I can print the report. I don't have this problem on my PC, this is happening on the client's machine. Any Ideas??

I make my own toolbars, kill the 'standard' ones, and attach my own to each report.
Do you have STARTUP options set so that the user's don't see the normal toolbars? Is it happening to other users? Can they right-click and see the shortcut menu?
