I have an invoice that I'm creating, and I want to print the sub-totals, tax, freight, etc.. info at the bottom of the page. I tried to put all of the totals in the "page footer" and that prints at the very bottom of the page fine. The trouble is, the "Sum" fuction doesn't work when in the page footer. So I moved the totals to the report footer and now it doesn't print at the bottom of the page.

I need to be able to print the "sum" totals at the bottom of the page. Can I not get the best of both worlds?

Any help would be great!

This is a work around. There might be an easier way.

You can make an unbound field on the Report Footer and Page Footer for each field you want to sum. Set the visible properties to False on the report footer controls, and give them meaningful names. On the Report footer use =Sum([nameoffield]) for each. Then on the Page Footer you can use the following in each new unbound textbox you place there.

=IIf([Page]=[Pages],[nameofreportfootercontrol],"")

obviously replacing nameoffield and nameofreportfootercontrol. :)

I know i didnt do a good job describing that, but it DOES work.
