I need help in figuring out how to print a report's design view in microsoft access. If anyone knows of any way to just print the design view of a report, PLEASE HELP ME!! Thanks! :) Syl

Do you need to do it programatically, or do you just want a picture of it?

If the latter is the case, then when your report is in design view, hit the "Print Screen" button (above the home, end, etc. buttons). Then open either Paint, or Word, and go to Edit | Paste. Then print it out. Jim Lunde
