I have created a macro that when ran, populates data into a report and then prints it to a network printer. I now need to send the report to someone electronically and what I have been doing is "print preview"ing the report and then printing the report to PDFwriter and then saving the file as a PDF and emailing out the report. Is there anyway to print the report as a PDF and save the files to a particular network location??

Thanks for any assistance on this.

i like that...it seems like it works nice...but, one question...what would be wrong with setting the default printer to a pdf writer...then printing the report? it seems that does the same thing...right?...
