Print Quota Software

I'm running Windows Server 2003 R2 print server with the print management software installed. However, I'm looking for software, hopefully free, that can manage print quotas either by printer or by user groups.

I have checked out a few of them already but they all seem not to work. Like Print Management Plus. Is it because I have the new Windows print management software installed?

Either way, what do you recommend and what works.
