Print queue keeping docs - Lexmark C912

We have a Lexmark C912 which for some reason has started to keep printed documents on the queue. The check box for this feature isn't marked but it still seems to want to do it (but not for all users). We have a print server so everyone should be using the settings through that.

Any ideas?
