I have a print queue that goes down instantly. I have tried to recreate the queue but with no affect. This is a remote print queue, running a dot matrix printer. I have other AIX machines with this print queue on and they work fine. As soon as a print job is sent the queue goes down, and cannot be enabled until the job is removed. I can ping the printer all the way through the operation and can print to it via others servers. I think i may be goin slightly mad while goin round in circles !
