We have a problem when trying to print more than one copy.
No matter how many copies we enter in the 'print' window, the print queue shows only one page, and only prints one copy.
We are using Windows XP and the problem is with a Brother MFC 620CN printer.
We have a second printer on the same network, an HP laser, and have no problems printing more than one copy with it.
When the printer was first installed, we had no problems, and we are not aware of any changes that could have triggered this problem.
Brother Support suggested I re-install the printer drivers, but this made no difference. They say it must be a Windows XP problem ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
