print question

hi everyone, i have a question. i have this avery cd label template (pdf format) which i modified with photoshop. when i print it from photoshop it seems fine. but when i load it in acrobat and try to print it, it puts some kind of border around it and misaligns it for the label print. ive looked at the options in acrobat and tried alot of different things to no avail. any ideas? i want to pass this pdf on to other people so they can print the cd labels out. i'm using acrobat 5.0.

The PDF is 4/100ths inch too big in each dimension. The thick black border is part of the PDF; it isn't put there by Acrobat.

I don't know why it would print fine out of PhotoShop.
