One one machine in the office, when I print a query in access 97 (open query, click print) I get the name of the query, the date, and page numbering. On another computer here, just the query prints out.
I can't find where that option is selected, and any help would be most appreciated.
thanx.

With the query open, go to Page Setup. There is a checkbox for "Print Headings". When filled, the title, date and page number will print.

I have that checked. Hence my confusion... I figured I must be missing something else.
