Hello:
In an upgrade from NT 4.0 Server to Win2K I seem to have lost the ability to use my computer's resources in order to spool a large print job to my HP350C in which I only have ever used 4mg RAM. On the Print/Properties tab list I get layout and paper/quality. I believe there should be two other tabs, 'Options' and 'Advanced.' I have the latest driver from HP; I have plenty of space in my spooling directory which I was able to set-up; my application Arc/INFO (ESRI) interfaces well with Win2K and I have been using this technique for years on NT. I am using the Windows driver, not postscript (cannot even configure the HP350C for postscript). Running out of ideas and print jobs piling up. Thanks in advance for my novice question.
