Print Problems Persist from IE6 and Outlook 2000

I am using Windows 98. I can no longer print from Explorer and from some Outlook 2000 functions. If I want to print, I have to copy and paste in MS Word. This may have happened, I believe, after updating programs from MS or perhaps from running the SystemSuite 4.0 utility. Any suggestions?
