Print Problem on WordPerfect 10 Template 1

I have a problem on printing a letter created from WP 10 template. When I hit print, the bold and italic font would not show on the printout. Do I need to reset the printer or something else?

Please help.

Reinstall the print driver. WinXP likes to use its own driver if possible.
