Problem:
When trying to print 40 day collections, the job hangs somewhere between the 25th and 30th client being processed. The job prints 2 documents per client coallated, so that the invoices come directly after the letter in the printer. When it hangs, it hangs on the SOP long history form and begins to spool where the number of pages continues to grow rapidly forever. The collections has been modified by an external vendor who we choose to no longer work with. The reports are also mofified. This makes things difficult to figure out what is wrong, not to mention the version of GreatPlains we are using is no longer supported. I do not have the option to upgrade at this time. Has anyone had a similar problem and resolved this issue? If you have, please let me know how. Any help with this matter is appreciated.

Thank you.

Michael,

Just a few questions that may help you troubleshoot:

- Did this work at some point and then stopped? If so, did anything change?
- Have you tried printing this with Great Plains running locally rather than through Citrix?
- Have you tried this with a different printer or a different printer driver?
- Have you tried this with an administrator password in Windows and 'sa' in Great Plains?

Did work at one time, but too many things have changed to pin point what the cause is.

Unable to run locally as everything is with an ASP.

New print drivers were installed both locally and remotely and used different printers.

Tried different drivers.

Did not try sa, I will, but do not expect to have a difference.

Thank you for the information.
