I'm having a problem printing from Word. If I'm in Normal view I can type a line, hit enter and the cursor moves to a new line just under the first. However, if I go to Print Preview or Print Layout View on this document there is about a 4 inch gap between each line. This is also how the document actually prints.

Any ideas?

Hi Chuck, are you including any graphics in your paragraphs? This would affect the line spacing for printing and actual layout view, but would not show up in normal view.

Close Word, rename the file(s) on your hard drive named normal.dot and relaunch Word. There are more troubleshooting steps for Word in the FAQ. dreamboat@nni.com

I'm sorry, Chuck. Totally ignore my previous post, it's completely bogus.

Thanks for the help. I'll try that normal.dot fix.
