I purchased a new computer with Windows 7 Pro.
When I try to print a web page (IE 8) using Print Preview, "As selected on screen", shrink to 85%, then print to Adobe PDF print driver, the IE 8 page got stuck. So I have to End Task it all the time.

However, if I try it with different browsers, it prints with no problem.
I tried sfc /scannow, checkdisk, disabling add-on programs, but did not work.

Add/Remove Programs does not show IE 8, so I can not uninstall/reinstall it.
Is there any way to install IE 8 fresh on Windows 7 Pro?

Maybe the problem is not in the browser but in the print driver. Are the documents being shown in the printers queue?

Cheers,
Dian

Yes, printer queue shows 1 document pending.
When I select Acrobat PDF printer and the window to save to a file, the IE 8 page got stuck and not responding, so I have to End Task it.
Can you please share your experiences and expertise on how to fix IE 8 errors or start fresh with IE 8? Thanks.

Are you using the 64bit version of i.e.?

I've seen that have rpblems with many add-ons / plugins etc etc.
