I have been exporting my projects as High quality print from Indesign as exported PDF without outlining fonts. Is this all I need to worry about in regards to font embedding. Looking into solution fro my previous post it seems outlining is to be avoided! If there are issues with fonts will indesign let me know at my current export setting?
Many Thanks thought I had it cracked but concerned about font output now!

Check your PDF export options for including fonts.

To verify that fonts have been included, open the PDF in Adobe Reader, look at the document properties (CTRL-D, CMD-D) and then look at the 'fonts' tab.

You should see 'embedded' or embedded subset next to each font name if the PDF was created properly.

Some fonts are not able to be embedded. InDesign will warn you if this is the case.

...indesign warns when fonts can't be embedded...

...worst case you will have to change the font, or else convert text to outlines and then export to PDF...
