Print Page Setup Landscape 70%

I need help to assing a Script to a Excel created HtmL file.
I want the page setups that have been created in excel to work when published. I have been told that this is impossible and the only way is for Javascript.
SO i need to format a html page to landscape and reduce the size of the page to 70% basically the page as it is now prints on 2 pages and looses information.
I need all of the information.
Can anyone help please.
