I am looking for a method wherein each page in the website has a print button (just like this page) and when you click on that button it gives you a page with just the important stuff removing the navigation buttons (clutter), etc. which is not needed on a printed page (just like this page)- it would have a header (maybe?!) with the name of the site, etc. but it would look like a regular printed page.
Hope I am explaining clearly. If you look at this page, and then hit the print button you will see how it appears different but still keeps the website name, etc.
Thanks for any help I can get,
Anita

You can do this:
<link rel="alternate" media="print" href="altprint.txt">
this goes in the 'head' tag, I believe.
