Print page header only on first page

right click in the gray area of the Page Header b, and choose Section Expert.
check the Suppress (No-Drill-Down) box and then click on the 'x+2' to the right of it and enter "pagenumber <> 1"
that should suppress Page Header B except of the 1st page
