I built a Host Integration server and when I switched over from SNA Server 4.0 the prints overlapped. I had no issues with SNA Server 4.0. However I didn't build this server and the person whom set this up is long gone. Just wondering if anybody has any ideas, I have tried almost everything from the troubleshooting section in the documentation, but I have just been throwing darts. Is there an easier to way to build a HIS server than starting from scracth. Is there any way to get the same Com.cfg? I'm out of ideas? Need HELP?

According to Microsoft you can upgrade to HIS by upgrading the backups and then the primary. I believe there is some information on this on the HIS web page. I will be upgrading a number of servers from SNA4 to HIS very soon. I will try to remember to check back and post results. Also I used the "printmig" tool to migrate the printer queues. Are you using a generic print driver or some other driver?
