It would be best to capture the calls with some sort of buffer box - we use Tapit - but I am sure there are better out there - maybe someone else can offer up a suggestion.
Suppose it depends how many calls per day you are talking about. All of that would be avaialble from your Nortel CDR (call detail recording).
prt cdr, you have to build that database and add a cdr tty, user cty.. then connect that to any style collection box you want.. it could be a printer.. or after market software or just a pc runing procomm or dyperterm..
after you build cdr data, you have to answer cdr yes on the rdb's your interested in
