Hi!
Try the Documenter found in the Analyze menu (at least in 2000 and xp) for properties (not a full ER diagram).
I'm not sure if it's default in 2000, but after selecting relationship, you should be albe to select File | Print relationship (don't remember if this was a addin/extra download for 2000 or if it was default)
