hello and thanks in advance for taking a look at my question.
i am printing individual Address Book entries from OE2K and have two minor but irritating problems i would like to remedy.
a) when i print the record, it always prints a blank second page. i've even tried printing 'fit to page' and it still adds a second blank page. there does not seem to be an option to print page 1 of x, which seems really weird since that option exists in basically every other program i print from.
b) when i print the record it adds the words Address Book Document to the top of the page. I would really like to eliminate this. there has to be somewhere i can edit, like a good old fashioned .ini file
