Hi, I have an IT staff member who I need to be able to add and delete printers on a Windows 2000 Server. I need him to be able to do this via Terminal Services in Remote Administration mode. My problem is that I only want to give him access to Add/Remove printers locally on the server but not to be able to perform any other administrative tasks.

I cannot seem to find a way to let him do this. There is no local Print Operators group on the server which I can add his account to. I have also added him to the domain group Print Operators group but this doesn't work either (I think because its a 2000 server?). I have also checked and there are no Group Policy settings that I can find which would enable him to do this.

The server is a memeber server in a Windows NT 4.0 domain.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
