I may have set this up incorrectly - so any assistance would be appreciated! I have a form with general patient demographic information then a sub-form with more specific medical information- both from seperate tables - the relationship is based on the social security number in each table.

I want to use data from both tables to print a report out - so I created a query - Now when I attempt to print out a specific record (from the query) - it wants to print all of the records - How do I print the one record I'm looking at in the form?

Can u create a report based on that query and open the report from button in ur form by using OpenForm macro and specify the Where condition as

[MyQuery]![MyField]=Forms![MyForm]![MyField]

will this help?

Cheers!
