I want to have my wireless printer defaulted to printing online, but it always goes back to "printer offline". My ISP provider does not have an answer nor anyone at HP.

Hi John, My HP printer is the All-in-one Officejet Pro 8500 Premier. It has a built-in wireless configeration. Do you have any suggestions. I am not kidding when I say that I have been on the phone a minumum of 20 times with tech support and at least 30 hours. If it ever works like it is meant to work, it will be an excellent office tool. Kansascgal
