Acc2k. been searching but cannot find what i need.
i have multiple reports that when a user clicks a button (actually on a toolbar) right now, i force them all to print to our office printer. however i would like the user to be able to select which printer they want only ONCE, then print all five reports. to them, it's really 'one report'. in access tho, they are actually FIVE reports. i don't want the users to have to print one at a time, see the printer dialogue box five times, etc. that's just ugly.
i have seen vba around here about setting the printer settings, etc. but cannot find it and am not sure how to apply it.
once the print dialog box comes up and they make a selection, then what code do i use to read which printer they have selected and then use those settings to then print five reports?
thanks--g
