Hi, is it possible to print multiple worksheets on one page?? i've tried printing entire workbook and then selecting multiple pages in the layout tab but they still print out on seperate pages?? is this doable??

On Page layout tab, click the small arrow under Page Setup group. Choose options (it's on one of the tabs).

In the resulting dialog box select the features tab. Choose your option under Pages per Sheet.

hi, i have tried this and they all print out on seperate pages for example i have 11 worksheets, so under layout i selected the option for 16 pages per sheet, and it printed the 11 pages out seperatly

Hi,

This is Excel working as designed. You have to realize that each sheet (table) may have different headings/data structure, so data may not be consistent, so each sheet needs complete isolation from another.

So i guess you mean the cells need to be the same size etc, a lot of the pages are different charts / graphs etc... does this mean that its not going to work??

If it's necessary, It's not a problem to have one report sheet with everything that has to be printed. Just add a new worksheet and paste charts, links and formats of existing data.

You could use the CAMERAL feature.

Excel Options > Customize > Choose commands from ALL COMMANDS and scroll down to CAMERA.

If you make the REFERENCE for the picture a Dynamic Named Range like Print_Area, when the print area changes, then the Camera picture also changes!
